Can grand son file suit

X is a person had some landed property he died about 40years ago. He had two sons namely A and B. They were expired decades ago. A had a son by name C and 3 daughters D E F. C also died 30 years ago. Remaining daughters of A, viz.,D,E,F and their where abouts are not known. C had one son by name G and 4daughters by names viz., H,I,J,K. C died 20 years ago. H,I,J,K are living elsewhere with their families. J is dumb and un married daughter. G, the son of C had 2sons namely L and M. Now the daughters of C namely I and K are trying to sell the properties with high handedness, under the control of G with out the consent of their brother G. Can now EITHER Sons of G L /M can sue for their share in the ancestral property. Said property in revenue records mentioned as ancestral As all u know well that in olden days at about 40 years back there is no proper document in rural areas. But presently said land shown as ancestral in revenue records, and admitted by the G and all others. So please go through thoroughly and guide Can file injunction against the persons trying to sell besides asking share in ancestral property

Owner didnt returned money back!

All Respected Lawyers,
The sequence of events are like below –
1. I took flat on rent with Rs14500/- as rent and Rs 1500 as maintenance with electricity extra in 20.6.2019 and with Rs 80k/- security deposit at Bangalore.
2. Had initial agreement for 11 months with normal conditions, like 10% hike after a year and he will deduct one month amount i.e. Rs 16K/- as painting charges and return back rest on money i.e. Rs 64K/- provided if damages had to be bore by me.
3. Things goes well with some friction in getting services from landlord, in between he was asking to bear repair, against which some small repair (within 100/200) i had but heavy he bore heavy investment.
4. In the flat he has his belonging in a full wardrobe, but somehow mutually we managed.
5. I vacated flat in 1.5.22 in trust he will return back security of Rs 8K0 and didn’t taken back.
6. I visited flat again with landlord on 3.5.22 and shown him to get reviewed. At that time he asked for few damages against which I was agree to bear.
7. I requested multiple times to giving back final money after deducting one month rent i.e. Rs16K and cost of damages with 15days rent for period of 21.4.22 to 1.5.22 i.e. 8K., then my expectation was to get some Rs 8K0 - (Rs 16K-painitng) -(Rs 8K-(15days rent))-(Rs 1K-damages) = 55K.
8. After June 2021 no further agreement were made and move with mutual agreement without increasing rent.
9. On 4.7.22 he came with many heads and unreasonable amount which he didn't discussed till 3.5.22.
10. I didn't agree on same and said whatever damages and painting i will bear you just deduct 8K as 15 days rent and return rest of the amount i.e. 8K-8K=72K.
11. He agreed on the call twice.
12. Next I asked that kindly credit back the amount so that I can plan for painting and other repair (against my damages).
13. He said for you need to pay? How I need to pay, then he told with 10% hike you may calculate as per agreement.
14. I said that agreement is null and void after 11 months it has no value.
15. In between he paid Rs 35K. 16. Now I said its Rs 45K= (Rs 8K0-Rs 35K) need to be discussed.
17. He said he will not reply further and blocked me on WhatsApp.
18. In total summary he charged total Rs 21K extra.
I want that money back as it was hard earned money.
My queries –
1. What I can do to take back my Rs 21K?
2. As after 11 months things were going on mutual agreement and he didn't ask to increase rent and all, but at end after 2 months of leaving premises he was saying same with other illogical things. How the judicial will it and on what conditions will be considered as no agreement has made further?

Speedy disposal of civil matters

DELAY IN JUSTICE ALSO INJUSTICE.
BUT IN MOST OF THE CIVIL CASES ABNORMAL DELAY IS HAPPINING IN THE COURTS ON VARIOUS REASONS AND ONE OF THEM IS DRAGGING THE MATTERS BY THE DEFENDANTS BY ONE WAY OR THE OTHER.
IS THERE ANY CITATIONS FROM THE HONORABLE SUPREME COURT FOR THE SPEEDY DISPOSAL?

Whether life certificate valid

Sir i have given POA to my own sister son to sale my vacant site on 10.9.2015. I've undergone bye pass surgery on 11.4.2017 n discharged on 19.4.2017. Soon after my sister son got my signature in life certificate without date.He obtained certificate from a retired doctor on 6.7.2017 without my presence and registered a sale deed to his own wife on 10.7.2017 witnessing my own sister n uncle. Subsequently he sold to third person on 13.6.2022 Amount was not settled and cheated me . All done without my knowledge. Relationship broken. Can I file criminal complaint on them.

Rwa authority

Hello,
I am a tenant in an apartment in Bangalore. The association does not want to hire a manager and is forcing the residents to take up responsibilities of the apartment (as part of the association). Part of the residents (who are tenants) do not want to take on these responsibilities. Now the association is levying fines on the tenants who are not willing to be a part of the association. Is this legal? As far as I know the association is not registered but they are planning to get themselves registered. The owners of the flats who have tenants are not willing to pay the fines and hence it will boil down to the tenants having to pay.
What can be done in this case? Please help with next steps.

Ancestral property

Respected esperts namaste

Plz guide me for the below
Can a grand son claim share in the property of his grand father (said grand fahter git the property from his grand father through his father).

X had two sons A and B
A had a son C and daughters D,E,F
C had one son G and daughters...H,I,J,K
G had two sons M & N

Previously G filed a suit against C claiming his share and not to sell the ancestral property, that suit was ended by a compramise ....C given 10cents to G. At represent G had remaining 2acres. And now G upon the insistence of his wife and other daughters J&K trying to sell out said property.

Now M contends that said property is ancestral and he had a share, without consent sale could not be completed.

Now it is question that whether M can claim share and restrain G and others from selling, by seeking relief not to sale ??

If so who r the opposite parties to the suit
Can suit be filed including the sub registrar, asking him not to rregister such sale if any

Can a government contractual employee pursue full time llb

I am an contractual teacher under ISSE and want to pursue full time LLB. Can I do that? If yes, is it valid for me to enroll as an advocate in future?
