What is the nature of gift deed given by paternal brother's family to all sons of his brother, where they are not having children.will it become separate property of sons or joint huf of sons. Other thing is properties got through gift deed they pooled it up and partitioned themselves so that each received different properties of gift ded. Gift deed given in year 1914.

Hello experts!
First of all I am not a lawyer and I need your help in an urgent matter.
During background check for my new job, the recruiter company has mentioned that there are some flags raised on Indian financial probity check. They just gave me a case number and no further details. Case Number: COCP-3160-2017 To best of my knowledge there is no case against my name in any court. I have contacted lawyers but they are unable to get further details with only case number. Please suggest if it possible to get further details on this just with case number as I need to give a justification for this coming week. This is very important for me and I would really really appreciate any help on this.

We have made a sale of big consignment on advance payment basis to a client. The client paid us via cheque which was cleared by the bank and amount got deposited into our A/C and we shipped the goods. After 30 days of clearing, Bank came back to us claiming that they mistakenly cleared the cheque and amount in the client A/C was not sufficient and they have to withdraw the amount back from our A/C. Our was a CC A/C which was already at its limit, bank took the money back without any concent increased our CC limit and posted 0 available balance.
Now the client is also refusing to pay and we can't visit him as he is the different state and we have given in paid slip. Because of the Bank's mistake, we have shipped our GOODS and didn't receive the PAYMENT also. Need guidance from experts.
Now we want to take action on Bank to get our money back as the client has refused to pay. Need guidance how can we get our money and from whom. Is there any such case happened in the past which I can refer and what did court decided in such case.

Builder has executed agreement with carpet area 655.00 sqft. But actual on site measurement as resulted in 640.00 sq.ft. carpet less than the agreed carpet area. Even the assessment tax department has confirmed the area as 640.00 sq.ft.
Please advice, whether members can go for legal course for difference area as per MOFA or RERA Act

can a fir be registered for that

Suit was filed for permanent injunction against govt land encroached by plaintiff. Claim of grant under process. Meantime govt pleader filed application under land grabbing act to transfer the case to special court. Same is allowed by civil judge jmfc and transferred the case and disposed the suit.
Now under which provision of civil procedure code appeal on this order should file before senior civil judge

My father was a teacher in a Private Unaided School. (Appointed in 1988 and terminated in 1998) He was terminated wrongfully which is now proven in the court after 20 year of legal battle. (But my father passed away a few 6 months back and could not see his victory). The case is of Patna Bihar, and is now being fought in the High Court, Patna.
The School, is not ready to pay any compensation and damages.
Is there any Rule/Law/Act/Judgements Supporting which can support my claim for the damages and compensation of over 20 years.

How can i get maintanance from pension

kindly suggest me in the situation of matter, that one of my relative being 60 years old lady is fighting some case of maintenance and divorce.
her husband was railway employee in kota raj. and they both have two daughters from their marriage
due to some difference's between them and ego problem of husband after getting job in railway during their matrimonial life, she was made out from husband house with both daughters.
she is living in agra with their parent from last 1995 and their was some criminal case between them which are running out in court but husband did not appear in these case, ever so, no any progress except some ex party orders d.v Act case and 125 cr.p.c case.
the problem is, husband not mentioned name of his wife and daughters in pension papers and service book, while her wife have made application to the concerned authority many times for disclosing their name in those papers, but they directed that they require court order for same and she did not approach to court for the same. but she was getting maintanance from husband salary,
now her husband have retired from job and getting pension but maintanance have stopped because there is no thing in pension papers. while she need money for her future in this old age and for daughter marriage.
now court is saying they can not make order untill we get information about pension account.
we filed one petition for getting her name mentioned in service book and in pension papers before high court allahabad in CAT. BUT no order is made upto now due to some problem.
so plz kindly suggest the way for getting relief in this matter.
