Respected all experts
"A" executed a Irrevocable sale GPA with possession in favour of "B", now "A" wanted to cancel the Irrevocable sale GPA with possession, without "B" consent.
My query is (1) can "A" cancel the above GPA with out consent or knowledge of "B".

hi, i have a old tenant in my property who is in possession of the said house since last 50 years. now i am planning to develop my entire plot wherein he is the only tenant to be evicted. how do i go about all this. what settlement options do i have with me?

Hi,
We brought a site which is approved by MUDA (Mysore Urban Development Authority) but the original owner of the plot (from which MUDA brought) filed a LRRP case against MUDA saying his grand father sold the land without knowledge of them (grandchildren).
The case was in high court,high court gave the verdict in favour of MUDA & quashed the case,now what actions he (petitioner) may take.
What if MUDA loses this case ?,what will happen to our site (Alloted by MUDA) ?.

i lent money to friend who was in urgent need he issued post dated cheques which bounced (i haid borrowed money to give him the loan in good faith) i wanted to attach his property although i dont know address or survey number is there any procedure to know property held by him please help

STATIC IP STOLEN AND MISUSED TO UP/DOWNLOAD HEAVY TRAFFIC?
I HAVE A MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION, NOW SINCE LAST TWO MONTHS AFTER OFFICE HOURS SOMEONE USING OUR ACCOUNT AND DOWN/UPLOADING MORE THAN 838 MB WHICH ON TWO CONSECUTIVE OCCASIONS WHICH RESULTED IN MY ACCOUNT GETTING DEACTIVATED. NOW I HAVE STATIC IP ALLOTTED. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWO CONSECUTIVE MONTHS AND I WAS FORCED TO PAY ADDITIONAL CHARGES THOUGH I HAVE NOT USED THE TRAFFIC. NOW CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE, IF SOME ONE HAS STATIC IP, CAN HIS IP STOLEN TEMPORARILY TO MISUSE?.FYI INFO I DO NOT HAVE SIGNING IN PAGE THERE IS NO NEED TO SIGN IN AS SOON AS COM0PUT ER IS SWITCHED ON THE BROADBAND CONNECTION IS ON

WRIT agnst. dismissal of 9/13 at trial court-maintainable?
Ex parte digree given. CPC 9/13 applied. -> It was dismissed on on appearance -> CPC 9/9 filed aginst this dismissal -> 9/9 was rejected. The Agreived party went for WRIT in High Court. Whether Maintainable at High Court.?
In my opinion 9/9 is aginst dismissal of 9/8. Only Appeal is remedy. ?
Please suggest some supreme court judgements.?
