1) As per money laundering act which section says that if the lience is not taken any lience under the above mentioned act than the person canno't be sued under the NI act, 1881 under the section 138. Also i have heard that if the person lends a money on interest he is bound to take a money lending license. which section says as per the money laundering act.
Or
Any case laws regarding the above mentioned most preferable of the apex court.

"A "( a late husband ) is having a property ( A two bedroom house) jointly
( equal share) with his wife "B". Both of them are having only one son and two daughters out of which one daghter is divorcee. Before his death "A" bequethed his share in the property in favour of his son"C" only. Now "C" wishes to apply to the concerned court for the grant of probate ( As per the will "C" himself is Executor also). Is it necessary for " A" to give notices to the other legal heirs i.e. his widow mother and two sisters

sir, can reinstatement claimed from far different date,in subsequent petition, be treated as same relief as in earlier petition?

Section 24(3) of the cpc.
24. General power of transfer and withdrawal.
(3) For the purposes of this section,-
(a) Courts of Additional and Assistant Judges shall be deemed to be subordinate to the District Court;
Query : 1) As per the above sub section can any LD members tell me the meaning, powers, authority, direction, advantages & disadvantages, qualifications to become the Additional and Assistant Judges they are having.
2) This query has been posted by me 15 th time because no books or sites are available in india as per my knowledge so this is a kind request to tell me or pls give me the knowldge of types of judges from small causes court to the suoreme court , the powers they have in them, authority, direction, advantages & disadvantages, qualifications, & who is suprior to whom & in what type they are suprior & how can order whom & the order they have to follow if they are not wiliing to follow then also & there pecuniary limits & punisment they can give also the same query regarding the magistrate all the above mentioned queries are also related to the magistrate & also the magistrate defined under the CPC.
Pls it is a request becasue now of the above 2 point query has been answered by any LD members & i am not getting any books or site in which all the info is provided so this query has been posted my mw serveral times also pls dont tell me to read the cpc because as per my thinking the cpc don;t provided by query answer in detail so it is a request to answer in DETAIL IF POSSIBLE WITH THE EXAMPLES.

A reckless activity by a lawyer who withdrew the petition without the consent of the client very next day after taking the money . He is not even bothered in giving the Original copy of the Order.
What should I do ?
How the Order copy could be obtained ?
8 months have passed ?
What is the time limit for filing a petition for contempt of court ?
How much is the cost involved for filing the petition ?

Limitation act is not applicable for consumer protection act - Agnes d'souza case 1990.
Query : pls provide me the above case laws in PDF format & also tell me the list that which Limitaion act is not applicable to which ACT(S). Pls provide me the list of or tell me how to find out the limitation act is not applicable to the other act pls becasue i have heard that limitaion act are not applicable to many acts so pls give me the list or how to find that limitaion act is not applicable to that particular act (particular act defination any act in india).

I have received Cash Subsidy as per Gujarat state Inustrieal Policy 1995-2000 at 2003.
This subsidy is senctioned by DIC and which had payment direct our financial Institute GSFC.
GSFC had credited our SUBSIDY in our due intrest account not in Capital Account (Principal Account).
Sir, According to our sources GSFC should credit the Subsidy in our Principal Account.
You are requested to give your valuabele advise.
Sir, We want to take up the matter government department as our case GSFC, you are requested to give us the GR, JUDGEMENT OF COURT,etc... to convince the officer of the GSFC to avoid the writ before the High Court.
