REGARDING THE WAY TO FIND DETAILS OF ACTION TAKEN KINDLY NOTE THAT.
1.YOU MAY GET THE INFORMATION ABOUT COMPLAINT FILED TO POLICE STATION /SP/SDO AND TO THE DIST COURT ,BY APPLYING FOR CERTIFIED COPIES FROM THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES.
2.YOU MAY APPLY FOR CERTIFIED COPIES TO THE COURT BY PAYING THE NECESSARY CERTIFIED COPIES CHARGES IN THE COURT AND YOU CAN GET ALL COPIES OF COMPLAINT FILED IN POLICE STATION AND COURT.
KINDLY NOTE THAT ANY CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FILED IN THE POLICE STATION ABOUT ANY CRIME ,THE SAID COMPLAINT IS GIVEN CRIME NO.AND IT IS SENT TO THE COURT WITHIN 24 HOURS.HENCE YOU MAY GET THE CERTIFIED COPIES AND CAN GET THE INFORMATION FROM THE COURT.
2.UNDER RTI YOU MAY APPLY TO INFORMATION OFFICER ON THE PRESCRIBED FORM BY PAYING NECESSARY FEES FOR COPIES ,YOU MAY GET THE COPIES.AND COME TO KNOW THE DEVELOPMENTS.
