can judge in court judge be suied on his wrong doing?

dear expert and esteemed sir/madam,

i am suffering from false dowery case u/s 498a and allied sections along with a domestic voilence act with a demand of rs. 10000/- pm and along with numerous false allegations and false documental evidence i.e. false list of stridhan, false marrige card etc.
i have few questions as per following provisions.

where a judge could not follow the procedute laid down in act like d.v. act sect 12 is provided with before any order court look into the domestic incidence report but not called for the same and granted interim relief even without considering the conciliation application and further rejected the conciliation application by us.

further another question is that as per crpc 349 a court can ask any withness to produce material evidence but the court yet did not ordered for the same.

further while reading crpc sec. 340 has given tremendous power to visit the place of crime to invistigate the truth but the court still not followled the same.

my quries are -
whether a cout fails into the natural jsutice operation of law can be sued for damages and the time value of life into the such wrong doing in natual justice
where the court can take all the necessary steps to find out the truth and punish the criminals but is not willing to apply the process of law but ultimately to find out the truth.

my another query is that how may people of judiciary systems can be suied if answer is yes to sue court judge for his civil wrongs in the process of natural justice in out great country India?

my another question is under which law it is possible if yes is it LAW OF TORT?

Female rights?

Dear members I need your correct feedback on my below query.

My grandparents died in 1990, leaving 3 Acres of their ancestral property and 2 (including me) males and 2 females, property located at Bangalore,Karnataka. In 1995, I and my brother had shared equally of the said 3 Acres by registered partition deed, without mentioning our sisters names in the Deed, or taking their consent. our sisters got married before to partition.

Can now our sisters ask or file a case against us or for ancestral property for their share?

Can our sisters challenge or re-open the registered deed executed between two male brothers?

Can court orders that registered deed is invalid?

Whether our sisters are entitled to get their share at this point in time?

Now property rate is huge, what prevention actions an I take, to avoid my sisters claim.

We are ready to give them 1 30X40 site in Bangalore.

Needed urgent help.

sec 7 of HMA

Respected lawyers,
If somebody is a hindu by religion and one of the essences of his metrimonial ceremonies is "Saptapadi"(according to their customs as usually is in hindus). And later if he finds that there were only five "fere" around the sacred fire that the bride and bridegroom took together during marriage, is it contravention of sec 7 of HMA? Can either party file a petition for nullification of marriage since sec5 and 7 are not satisfied together??
