Respected Experts,
My institution is well known education Private institution, before four years the institution have promoted me (i was applied for that post) , now after four years they said we gave you extra salary (the salary was not that post now the institution realized this fact ) , It was the mistake of Institution& accepted the mistake , and now they demand me the recovery of that salary, and informed me they going to decrease the salary. They pressurized me .
please suggest , now what can I do ? (I have loss 10 to 12000 per month, what is my mistake in this procedure, why I accepts all this things, all the mistake done from HR department )

the deceased was died in Ahmednagar leaving behind the movable property i.e. the saving certificate. the nominee of that property was also died after the deceased person. the saving certificate having other State address. The deceased died leaving behind wife and married daughter who is staying in another state. pls guide were to married daughter should apply for heirship certificate of movable property of father and sister who was the nominee. The wife of deceased i.e the mother of applicant has no any objection for said certificate. pls guide me were should the applicant has to file heriship certificate for movable property.

Hi sir I'm the plaintiff in the partition suit..the Defendant No-2 amended his written statement stating that the plaintiff deliberately not included the property the defendant no-1 bearing no .11 ,.3 guntas land.now court ordered re joinder is taken as nil matter posted for plaintiff evidence....now question is who has to file joinder whether plaintiff or Defendant No-1(co-defendant) under which provision of cpc

Sir, as per my old passbook (Agriculture), I am supposed to have 3 Acres 6 Guntas of Agricultural land at Kollampalle village, Narayanpet (Mandal & District), Telangana.
However, to my utter surprise, found that the 5 Gunta land is missing from my new passbook (after online entry). Now, i have only 3 Acres 1 Gunta land in my new passbook.
On the same, approached my Mandal Office on 22.Jun.2019 located at Narayanpet & met VRO. He has expressed his doubt stating the so-called 5 Gunta land might have gone under Road construction by R&B department. Moreover, VRO is clueless about the exact reason behind such deviations.
So far, approached my Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO), Collector, Roads & Building Ministry, Revenue Ministry, Chief Minister Office & at last Minister for Road Transport & Highways of India.
To my mere surprise, all the above mentioned officials were either neglecting my concern or in sleeping mode.
Almost, 30-days passed till date & no one is bothered to at least reply a courtesy mail or a call. ITS SIMPLY PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING.
PLS SUGGEST, HOW TO GET THE THINGS DONE

My brother file a probate suit against me and claim a licensed shop in his favor
my respected query is :- 1) my mother name incorrect in the "WILL"
2) Clearly mention Assets license shop

My cousin took money from my mom in cash 350000 in the year 1990 where an agreement was made on 10 rupees stamp paper it was only notarized. My mom was uneducated. The judge didn't count that and said it is just notary not registered.
Flat is taken on his name, where the light bill and tax receipt has his name.
Flat is of MHADA ...
My cousin has been migrated to new Zealand for good from 2001.
After my mom died 2010 he filled a case against me for evection.
I am staying with my family from 2001 till date I have position of the property till date. I have ration card, pan card , Adhar card etc
He has put a case of GRATUITOUS Licensee against me. He is my blood relation. My mom sister son.
I had approached my mom bank s where my cousin would operate her account in 1990 to 1997 and would remove money from her account 5000 at that time . The bank said that RBI allows to keep the record only for 10 yrs so they don't have the records.
I am a poor person please guide me what can I do.

Flat maintenance amount
I have given a flat for rent. Both the owners and tenants are paying equal amount of maintenance. Now without calling the flat owners who has rented out the houses, they have conducted a meeting and decided that the flat owners who have rented their houses should pay Rs.1000/- for each quarter, to meet out the association running expenses. Is there any rule like that. Kindly clarify.
