What will be the registration charges for center/development company? How much time will it take to processing? Please guide me as soon as possible.
after completing a course , we need to give a certificate to student, how to get legal authorities to provide certificate to a student.

I have registered one website domain .
I didn't earn a single penny from that domain .
In that domain one word is registered trademark of a big reputed company. They mailed me to transfer the domain name to their name. I denied in transferring and I told if you want give me a job in your company. They went to Delhi High Court and registered a case against me under CS (OS)
After some talks . they agreed to settlement the issue in a condition that I should transfer my domain.
They said they couldn't withdraw the case but they will do settlement and for that I must have to appear in court,
Will I have to hire a lawyer for this settlement and if yes then please suggest any lawyer within my budget as u can understand that I have asked the job for the domain.

I WANT TO KNOW THAT UNDER SARFAESI ACT WHICH PROPERTY IS ENFORCEABLE ?
I MEAN IF PROPERTY IS IN NOIFIED AREA BUT NOT CONVERTED IN TO NON AGRICULTURAL LAND UNDER 143 UPZALR ACT THAN IT CAN BE ENFORCED UNDER SARFAESI ACT OR NOT ?

Dear,My name is Amreen Khan currently working in ucn cable pvt ltd since 2 years. it's all ok till now but the new general manager torture for every time by a very bad manners. He is not respecting female and says that you will be out even for your single mistake. Sir i am a normal human being & belong to middle class family. i am the responsible person in my home alone how much i have to bear him although there is not my mistake there is 4 person with me to handle the job but whenever mistake is done i always pointed by him although my coligue know that how much i sinciar in my job. His behaviour is realy much. sometimes i feel to suicide what i do please suggest me.

A friend of mine is a registered money lender, he wants to add the right of lien clause in his unsecured loan agreement so that tomorrow if the client defaults he can demand the payment directly from the clients banker or his HR department, is this possible and what is the clause to be attached in the agreement, your reply will be highly appreciated

Need licence to start online business
Sir, I am B.Tech student me and My friend(B.Tech) wanted to start Online Business.
Business Details:
Through Internet People may join our organization by paying some money say Rs 500/- as a registration fee.
Now,their work is to make join other members to our company for which as a referal they can earn upto Rs.200/- for each reference.(i.e.,Chain System).
Conclusion:
Is it legal in India. If 'YES'
Sir,Please we need License to register our organization and our Business,and know the basic requirements
NOTE: As we are students pursuing B.Tech Our Budget is not high its below Rs.20,000 for licence and infrastructure itself.
