I want to start own placement service & HR service.
Kindly can you help me what type registration are required and what type licence are required to start this placement service & HR consultancy service.

you have to decide whether you want to start business as sole proprietor , partnership or as company .
you would need registration with service tax authorities if your turnover exceeds rs 10 lakh a year
you would need monster or naukari log in to supply candidates to your clients

I want to start it as sole proprietor firm ( in Rajasthan Area),
kindly suggest formalities related like name registration ,Pan related or Bank account opening related.
