In Merger, how far unsecured creditors rights are protected? Before the approval of scheme , the court whether has to give notice / convey metting for the unsecured creditors? how objection can be raised by the unsecured creditors , if they go unnoticed with resp to the merger?

Please let me know the value of stamp to be purchased for the new partnership deed.We stay at Madhya Pradesh. Earlier we have been drafting the deed on stamp value Rs. 1000/-.Now we have come to know that the stamp of Rs.5,000/- is required for the new partnership deed. Please suggest.
