what is the bonus rule applicable to the pvt. ltd. company?

Can the company denies bonus to the certain employees/manager?

what is the remedies, if company not paying bonus to some of the employees?

Yes. It will be applicable to any establishment employing 20 or more employees. Bonus can be denied to those employees who are not covered under the definition of employee which is based upon wages per month drawn by them ( see section 2 of Payment of Bonus Act) If bonus is not paid to an employee he can approach the authority appointed under the Act who will issue a certificate of reovery and same shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue.
