Dear Sir,
I am Final year Student of LLB from Nav Bharat Sihka Parisad, Rourkela, Orissa, after complition of 2 nd year I came to know that the institute does not get UGC approval, but at the time of admission i was told that it is approved by UGC, please suggest me what can i do,
what are the procedure to regulate my future study,

Dear Sir,
I am in receipt of 5 answers regarding my query earlier placed for your kind opinion but I am sorry to say that my query is still unsolved as I don't know about the ruling of validation of two years course for post graduation. I am once again repeating my query. I passed two years course of B.Com. in 1985. At that time this course was for two years from the university. The course was valid at that time time. I completed three years LLB from the same university on the basis of same graduation. But unfortunately, the university is denying to appear in the examination of post graduation ie(M.Com. previous year) 2008-09 while the examination form of the same university is declaring in para 15 that those candidate who has completed two years course of graduation up to 1987 can appear for the post graduation. You are now kindly requested to suggest me the points on the basis I could oppose of cancellation of my form for M.Com. previous year.
