Kindly tell me whether graduation course completed in 1985 with year course is valid for post graduation. If not, please specify notification with date.

pls mention more facts like the STATE, UNIVERSITY, RULES APPLICABLE, CENTRAL OR STATE SPONSORED UNIVERSITY.

Yes, you can study post graduation. In Orissa all the universities are providing admission to post graduation on the basis of two year graduation degree.
