What degree of importance does electronically stored information has compared to physical form? Does the court ask for more evidence in the form of physical documents or cross verification once documents stored electronically are produced before the court? Is there any form in which the documents are to be stored and what is the time limit for which the company is obliged to store the information?

We have club in Area and members are from same area
We have reached problems where trustee are ruling club in their own way .one of member tried to take steps against him by gathering majority members to remove trustee , but they suspend him.My query is followed
1>>CAn trustee suspend any members ?
2>>can members remove trustee (without involving court cases)and possible ways to remove them ???
3>>can members remove trustee (with involving court cases)and possible ways to remove them ???
4>>these trustees are not showing true accounts and accounts are manipulated so what steps can be taken against auditor ?
are auditors appointed by members???
5>>If no can members force in manner to get true accounts ???
6>>any other possible questions can be also added by EXPERTS .......

Can employee Advocate practice in the court? If his duty as an part time job?Then what is the procedure about his enrollment any provision regarding the advocate act plz. reply?

Respected sir, my edu.quali. is B.Sc. L.L.B now work as a advocate in mehsana District court. what i have to do if i want to be soliciter. and please modify the difference between advocate and soliciter if possible.

Respected Sirs,
I have done LL.B and Currently Appearing for ICSI Intermediate.
I am also working in with the Corporate (Entertainment Sector) in Legal Department.
I am interested in making my carrier as Head Legal and Company Secretary.
My job demands for Drafting, follow up the litigation in court (covering corporate, criminal and civil matters).
Therefore you are requested to suggest the Law Journal which i can read so that i can well update my self because mere book reading be it Bare Act or Act with commentary etc. are not sufficient.
Please do the needful.
