Dear Sir,
I passed B.Com. final in 1984-85 when it was only two years course. Now I want to go for M.Com. previous year but university has cancelled my candidature whereas in his examination form on para 15 university is affermative for two years course. Please refer examination form from Rohilkhand University for M.Com.previous for the year 2009-10. Kindly specify reason for the same if I am invalid for that. I completed three years LLB from the same university on the same graduation certificate without any objection raised in 1995.

Sir, i am living in madurai. When i going to educational institution for admit my child, at that time, the school management authority asked community certificate for my child for admission. I told to them i am not interested to that. But they strongly object it and ask community certificate to admit my child. Now i am asking you whether it is possible to admit my child with out produce that certificate.

Hi can a person who has done B.A. do LLB after the age of 52 (almost close to be becoming a senior citizen) and then after completing his 3 year law degree practice after 55?
I read somewhere that delhi HC allowed joining of LLB course even for senior citizens but now i am hearing verbally that SC has overturned this, but i am not sure that these r rumors or truth. Please clarify the current status on this
