Iam abt to clear my law- l.l.b
I want to become corporate lawyer .

Wt qualities as a corporate lawyer i shd have?

How shd i proceed.

Right now i don't have very good knowledge of court proceedings.

Corporate law consists of many ambits - prevailing Company Law, SEBI rules, regulations and guidelines, FEMA and it covers many aspects of corporate growth. My advice is to do A.C.S along with your LLB or do LLM in Corporate Law. It will help you understand the principles and court proceedings regarding corporate laws.
