Sir my child had passed 10 th examination from gujarat state. now he wish to admission in mother school where he studied 10 th standard. mother school order each student to bring 2000?donate and 360 rs for fees.the school is fully granted by government. my child has pay this amount. can any school forced any child for donation like this? what the rule says?please.

Whether I can file a complaint before the Competition Commission of India at New Delhi now or I will have file it in the earlier MRTP Commission?Is there any prescribed format of complaint before the CCI?

Last month I finished my second semester in Law and am now having my summer vacations . During this time period of two and a half months I wanted to do an internship . I do not know what kind of internship I should do at this stage because having studied law for a mare year I have knowledge of only a few topics that also only in Law Of Contract . Please suggest where I should work , how I should apply and what work I will have to do in my Internship . I also wanted to know what

Job in law
Hi everyone,
Can any one of you please advise me what to do next. Actually I have recently given mine final year exam of LLB from CCS unviersity and am currently working in an MNC as Administration Executive. Prior to that I have also done MBA (HR) and M.A (ECO).I am 30year old.
Now i am bit confuse whether to leave my job and go for a legal profession or to continue with my current job. From heart I want to pursue my career in Law. I am also looking for good university who are offering LLM course.
If i want to pursue my career in law than what should be the first step. As I have nine year experience in Admin & Hr, will it work for me or I have to start afresh.
Your valuable advise can be very helpful.Hence Kindly suggest me what to do now.
