MBBS and LLB

I am final year student of MBBS, want to do post graduation in forensic medicine, the field that deals with medico-legal cases, and want to do LLB as well for good practice, should I do part time LLB (and also suggest the necessary information related to it), side by side with PG or full time after the PG.

Can LLB+ICWAqualified practice as Advocate & Cost Accountant

Following is the Extract from www.icwai.org>members>Code of Conduct>(Ctrl+F Advocate):
Members of the Institute in practice who are otherwise eligible may practice as advocates subject to the permission of the Bar Council but in such case, they should not use designation 'Cost Accountant' in respect of the matters involving the practice as an advocate. In respect of other matters they should use the designation 'Cost Accountant' but they should not use the designation 'Cost Accountant' and 'advocate' simultaneously.

So does that mean - any State Bar Council in India accepts to enroll practicing Cost Accountant as Advocate..??

Law Practice

Even with the advent of IT and latest developments in the Computer field, our learned brothers in the legal fraternity still shy away from using such channels for Law Practice for obvious reasons. Though forum like Lawsclubindia provides ample opportunity for the advocates to openly interact and participate in the queries related to recent trends in the field, but for few in the Hall of Fame, the desired results are not encouraging on the long run. I sincerely appeal to our brethren actively involved in the profession to come forward and share their experience and expertise in this forum which would serve as a great boon to the student community who are aspiring to become Top Lawyers in the country. We have been deprived by such facilities in our students days. But all students and lawyers should keep the thread going in a big way to keep abreast with the latest developments and trends in the profession. Participation in healthy debates also amount to virtual law practice. Please attach wide publicity about this forum in all communication channels. Thank U friends.

So as per CRPC anyone can file compaint without any charge or any affidavit but the police persopnnel informed me to get the affidavit anoly then they will entertain my complaint.

I get that affidabvit arranged and they easily provided me the complaint copy.

Now my quest is that is it mendatory in all cases including cognigable , non-cognigable or lost cases the complaint need to have affidavit or not..
