Sir i am preparing for judiciary examination?Sir my question is what is analytical manner to study the bare acts? I have read the interview of some lawyer who passed out judicial examination they mentioned analytical manner of study in their interview.

This means you should be able enough to Analise each and every clause supported with relevant case law.

the most frequent used sections are to be read in detail and less are in other way , which means that you have to read whole bare act wisely , you have the method how to analise the section and what are the rulings are there on that specific section, for analytical study you have to go through the previous year judicial paper to know the pattern of question asked and then to prepare accordingly, this is what the expert say analytical study, it is basically based on previous years judicial paper pattern, so you did not waste lot of time on the unused or less important sections.
