As there is a case as against the orders of Bar Counsel of India in respect of Age Limit for 3 years & 5 Years for LLB, pending before the Supreme Court.
I want to know whether the said cases are disposed off are still pending.

Respected Sir,
To what extend a person should believe a stranger, because in todays world every day we meet new person, and one question arises in mind as should we believe him or not.Because i am facing a problem now a days that even i call up my friemd being a male or even if i by mistake gives him a miss call, it gets turn up in an issue, which is totally a nonsense.This create a a question in mind whether to believe or not.

Respected experts, I want to know which branch of LLM is most preferred and highly appreciated? As I am in my final semester, I have to decide on this. I know the branch I choose depends on what I want to do with my LLM but still there must be some field which is fetching more weight-age than the other.

Dear Sir,
I am a very broad minded person. I am convent educated and free person. I express my thoughts to any one even if he is a she or he. In my past life i have liked many boys and expressed my feelings to them. Will this be considered as a crime as one person is doing be blackmail for such as act. Kindly give me the suggestion. And even i plan to go abroad will this affect my passport validation. Basically i am a CA students.

Malpractice during exams very urgent.
I had given practical exam, during which the examiners gave marks with pencil initially and latter these were manipulated. I had filed an RTI with university, if it is allowed to give marks in pencil during practicals initially, and latter change. Despite of no such written information, the university stated that yes it is allowed, in fact, justified it saying that this avoid mathematical mistake and cancellation etc.
It is possible to ask for reexamination? what are chances of wining the case, and under what time, please help urgently.
(exams were held in December 09, result declared on 10th FEB, 2010; myself has failed)
