I am a 3rd yr LLB student.(Mumbai)
I want to do my Solicitorship after my graduation in law.
Kindly Help me with it.
I know i have to sign up solicitrship for the same but do I need to sign with with a particular type of firm.
Can i please be help with a List of Solicitor Firms in Mumbai?

Greetings to All,
A friends sister from Pune India has done her HSC with 46% marks in the year 2003. After that just done external courses in Tally and Photoshop etc.
She must be approx. 25 years of age. She is inetersted in pusuing Law. Kindly guide as to if she can do Law externally at this position and if yes then where does one have to apply. Also if it can be done externally, then how many years course would it be and where would the exams have to be given. Also would this be recognized as the same as other advocates/lawyers allowed to practice whether under a senior or seperate.
This answer would help me in helping someone I could educate.

sir tis is manish pursuing CS i want to do LLB through DISTANCE EDUCATION through IGNOU can i do CS&LLB togeather,,, given de reason dat IGNOU& ICSI(CS governing body) have struck a deal in de recent past ,,is there ny provision binding CS students from not doing LLB TOGEATHER,,,for dat matter does LAW BOARD hav ny provision plz help me in tis regard!!

sir this is manish nd i require some more details on LLB course,,, m pursuiung CS,, i ve just completed ma UG just ,,,can i do LLB nd cs BOTH togeather m not doing ny other course as per ICSI student can pursue one more course,,, is ter ny other provision preventing candidates from doing other course while doing LLB plz provide me wit tiz detail!!!1!

How should I maintain a citation book, enabling me to refer the same as and when I get a case over the same or similar subject? Also, how should I update the said citation book, whenever new judgments are published over the same subject matter?
