as patnership firm cannot become member in company in its own name then why it can become member in section 25 licensed companies

Does this section, Rule & Form still exist?
If yes than in Mumbai It is Applied for which value? If No; since when it is abolished & under which notification?

Hi pl clarify the following..
1) Can a company secretary issue compliance certificate for a company pertaining to past five years on current date?
2)A Company secretary qualified & got membership in the month of October 2009 can issue such a compliance certificate pertaining to last five years?
Note : the company has not conducted any AGM during the last five years.

in all my certificates my sure name is wrong instead of AEKKAlA it is as AKKALA i passed my 10th in 2005-2006 so can any 1 please tell me how to get it changed and how many days does it takes

All India Bar Examination
As Iam a student of law i am having a question that recently,BCI(Bar council of India)is going to conducting AIBE(All India Bar Exam)for those who completing the law degree from 2009-2010 onwards which is violating the Sec 24,25,29,30 of Advocates Act,1961 and Art.14,Art19(1)(g) of the Indian constitution.Is it true?If it is true then y bci is conducting such exam to burden the upcoming advocates.But BCI is very adamant to conduct the exam and also says the exam is mandatory.There are more than 10 petitions were filed against BCI throughout India and they were to be heard by SC on Oct20.Before that is there any chance to get stay for this exam.If any chance is there kindly let me know.
