dear sir/madam,
This is know the fact that, if there is a situation where an employer want to terminate the contract of his employee...
a) what are the liability of an employer toward his employee in termination of contract?
b)the liabilities arising from termination of contract can be contracted out or outsourced?

I m in need of help..regarding the prepration of Seminar U/S 45 of Evidence Act with 2 Supreme Court cases and present on 8th of September 2010....i m very confused hoe to prepare 2 cases in Seminar......according to our Lecturer- Law Points, Facts of Case, Judgment..but how we separate Law Points and Facts of case and Judgment.
Urgent help is required
those 2 cases of Supreme Court of India which I want to prepare as under: -
1. Musheer Khan @ badshah Khan & anr. Versus State of Madhya Pradesh.. of 2005
2. Ravichandran Versus State by Dy. Superin. Of Police of 2003
