Hello. My name is Ashok Kumar from New Delhi and my age is 22 yrs. I want to change my name legally from Ashok Kumar to Priyank Kumar. In my 10th, 12th and Graduation certificates my name is Ashok. Also i have to apply for Voter ID card, Driving license, PAN card and other documents. I am confused that whether i go for the name change procedure then go for preparation of other documents or should i complete all my documents like Voter ID card and others then go for name change. Kindly advice me on this confusion. Also explain me briefly procedure for name change and how much it would cost me in New Delhi?

hi everyone!!! i wanted to know one thing that after doing BA.LLB what should i do in order to get atleast Rs.80000/month......and whether punjab university is a good place to get my degree from? should i move to Himachal Pradesh university? or should i stay here? and i was thinking of doing LLM in Corporate Law from colleges under CLAT like NLSIU bangalore,NALSAR hydrabad....... am i going to get a package of atleast 10 lakhs?? please do help me as soon as you can.

I lost my educational certificates, caste certificates, marriage certificate while i was travelling locally by an auto for taking xerox. Please advise me and i am helpless and also how to get the duplicates and its procedures? Thank U.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I wanted to know, that when a person files a PIL, does he / she necessarily need to engage an advocate and is the person so aggrieved, eligible to represent himself in the Court?
The case I refer to here is regards delay of 6 months in conduction of examinations and therefore there will be delay of academic session...resulting in loss of 1 complete academic year...
What remedy is available?
At the prliminary stage, before opting to file a PIL, should I write an application to the Vice-Chancellor, and a copy of the same to HOD, Dean, Examination Incharge and Registrar..?

I have gone through the contents of Corporate Law Mangement. They taught basic business laws(Partnership, sales of good arbitration etc) , managemnt of organisation behavior, book keeping and accountancy etc which LL.B graduate have studied in graduate course
and in taxation law there are papers of Direct tax and Indirect tax law-parctice and procedures which is more useful for advocates for filing cases before tribunals, high court , supreme court etc
