Dear Sir,
I have an MBA and working in a company in Dubai as CFO. I would like to pursue a law degree through distance education in India which would allow me to register with the Bar Council when i return back to India.
Please tell me which course and where I can pursue.

I am located in mumbai and i wish to obtain domicile certificate, my brother was born out of Maharashtra and currently staying for the last 40 years in mumbai.
We need an help as to how do we make an application for domicile and the docuemnts required.

Section 44AE of income tax act,1961 says that tax would be levid on presumptive basis for person who are engaged in goods carriage services.
My Question is that it also covers services provided by taxi service provider.

I am a student provided situation fr me is to defend the respondent-
Situation is that the Respondent made 2 payments thru cheques wen petitioner went to encash 2nd cheque Resp. stopped the payment 'Payment Stopped by the Drawer',,n now Respondent got notice for d due payment within 15 days,,,Resp. crossed the time,,,,what are the sollutions,,,???,,,how to defend Resp???

L.L.B. 2010 enterance test full paper
actually am going to appear in Law of Faculty 3 yr. L.L.B. course entrance exam in next month so plz can y send me the last yr. exam paper so that i can get a idea of quetions asked in it and i am updated till 31/10/2010 amendments of fiscal statue do i need to be more updated for this exam?
lastly plz tell me what's the scope after doing C.A. + L.L.B.3YR COURSE from D.U.
