respected sir,m a law student from solapur and have completed my degree course,and i want to practise in MUMBAI high court but i have heard that it is very difficult to survive there can u suggest me some tips regarding what should i do,i want to be a top wellknown lawyer, plaese i need it

Section 44AE of income tax act,1961 says that tax would be levid on presumptive basis for person who are engaged in goods carriage services.
My Question is that it also covers services provided by taxi service provider.

hi all,
I am a student provided situation fr me is to defend the respondent-
Situation is that the Respondent made 2 payments thru cheques wen petitioner went to encash 2nd cheque Resp. stopped the payment 'Payment Stopped by the Drawer',,n now Respondent got notice for d due payment within 15 days,,,Resp. crossed the time,,,,what are the sollutions,,,???,,,how to defend Resp???

Dear Members of the forum,
To enable a Chartered Accountant to appear till the Supreme Court, he'll have to become a lawyer.
I would request you to please suggest regarding the 3 year LLB course that one can pursue after his graduation.
Also, i understand that a part time degree is not sufficient to appear in courts.
Is there a way out for a person to work during this period of 3 years.
Please provide a list (or a few names) of colleges, and any detail that is possible regarding their admission procedure.
