Dear Members of the forum,
To enable a Chartered Accountant to appear till the Supreme Court, he'll have to become a lawyer.
I would request you to please suggest regarding the 3 year LLB course that one can pursue after his graduation.
Also, i understand that a part time degree is not sufficient to appear in courts.
Is there a way out for a person to work during this period of 3 years.
Please provide a list (or a few names) of colleges, and any detail that is possible regarding their admission procedure.
Thank you very much.

I think your query not in crystal view.. As per my understanding my words for you, charted accountant and law, both are entirely different fields. Don't minkle it by your confusion. And without possess a bachelor degree you can't joined in 3 year law course. But as a charted accountant you can do your service without law graduation. Then about good colleges, its your satisfication..

Dear Sir,
I am from Kolkata.
I have completed my bachelors in B.Com. and am 24 years of age.
My interest is in tax. As a chartered accountant we are trained to look into matters of taxation, but our sphere of activity is limited to the tribunal.
Law interests me in general and for my career in particular.
Thank You.

Dear Hardik,
Had you even not done B.Com, the qualification of a CA itself is recognized as equaivalent to graduation. Anyway, in Metropolitan cities a few of University's evening colleges conduct Law courses on regular basis and several of the service men take admission in such law courses. You may have to find out any such college in your city. The only thing is the passing of some competitive admission test that the university would have prescribed for admission.
