I have gone through the contents of Corporate Law Mangement. They taught basic business laws(Partnership, sales of good arbitration etc) , managemnt of organisation behavior, book keeping and accountancy etc which LL.B graduate have studied in graduate course

and in taxation law there are papers of Direct tax and Indirect tax law-parctice and procedures which is more useful for advocates for filing cases before tribunals, high court , supreme court etc

Depends mostly upon your own passion and interest in which field you want to prosper in your legal career. It is better first of all you get some basic information about each such topics and then decide which field interests you more.
