In my matrimonial case , I came to know that another man was guiding my wife to give complaints on me and my family. I had filed police complaint for criminal conspiracy and emotional blackmail but The police is not registering FIR since that man is a reporter and friend to them . I want to know how to approach court to protect the call records on mobile networks until the matter is finished. Since that helps me a lot. Which court should I approach and what petition should I file to get order for telecom companies to protect call history .
My second question is I had given complaint on registered post with acknowledgement since did they did not take our complaint when visited. It has been more than a month ago , every time my mother goes they are counter question and say investigation in progress. So I had written to CM for departmental enquiry and action on police officers for favouring suspects. But no response or update from that. In this scenario , how to get response from police regarding the complaint which my family gave officially. I had already filed RTI .

Our Gurudwara is registerd with charitable trust. As per the byle laws, election of the Managing Committee is conducted once in 3 years. The election was due on 31st March 2025. As per the byelaws there would be 21 elected members to the Managing Committee. However at the last AGM held on 22nd Sept 2024 it was approved to reduce the committee members from 21 to 15. But the President is not following this reduction of members from 21 to 15. As such the election of the new 15 nominated menmbers have gone on hold. The reason provided is that the amended bye laws from time to time has not been updated and sent to the Charitable Commisssioner office and hence he is of the opinion all the changes required in the bye laws should be updated and sent to Charitable Commisssioner office. Until then the previous 21 Managaing Committee members should continue.

We have filed a cheque bounce case and accused has missed a date in court. The case is registered. Accused is a lady and now threatening me that she knows the judge of the case. My father is a complainant. Please let me know the consequences if the lady actually knows the judge.I have not heared this type of non-sense. Will this have any impact on case?

2 months before educational loan was transferred to institute name by one of the leading finance company on our name .loan was taken by nearly 400 people for business studies.
Institute collected rs 5 crore in the form of education loan but in 2 months company ran away taking money not given any product also.
And the finance company is asking for emis now.
Finance company gave loan to so many people n the company ran away.
Don't you think it is the mistake of finance company to ask emi and skip that pvt ltd company.

Even after 1.5 years of judgement in Consumer Court party has not filed EP. Is there any time limitation for filing EP. Is there any other way for party to recover the amount.

Status order stalling promotions
Two feeder cadres are prescribed for promotions to the post of Class A from Class B and C, that is 60% and 40% respectively, the direct promotion from Class C to A has been struckdown by Writ Court stating such provision is unconstitutional and contrary to Art. 14 & 16 and promotions be given from feeder Cadre of Class B only. Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the same, wherein Court granted Status Quo. Now promotions to Class B under 60% quota which is not struckdown by Court are also stalled by Status Quo Order passed by the Court. Kindly need solution and judgements rendered by Apex Court in respect of other feeder which was never under challenge.
