Dear sir i am accused in case under 420,120b and have gotten bail from the court now police does not put charge sheet in court they call me by notice of 160 for giving statement.can police call me for under this section i have doubt they can arrest me,so i went to local court and file a application before the court court called diary and in diary police says i am not co-operating then we issue notice,court passed order any tell me i have to go police station and give my statement.my qstn.are.
1.after order of the local court can police send me notice once again thereafter i have to go.while in there is no time limit given for statement.
2.if i go police station police can arrest me
3.If i dont go police station then what will happen.
4.can my written statement accept by the police through my authorized advocate.
please help me sir i will be great thankful to you

Hello sir.i m serving in a central school.my school has sanctioned my one year child care leave but i haven't been paid salary for the same from past one year inspite of reminders. N what would be the lost if i resign now?

Hi sir , my name is Debaditya and I am from Delhi , 2 years back I took a credit card from icici bank , and I was offered a limit of 25000, every month I used to pay the dues and in total I see I paid 66000, for the last 3 months I couldn't pay as I was out of job and I mentioned the recovery agent as well. But now I have a job and I asked them for an extension till end of this month. But still I am getting harassed by numerous phone calls and they send the agent to my home and abuse me . please let me know if they continue doing that should I call up the police to my home and file a complaint?

1.Can the SICK INDUSTRY while declared by BIFR file a counter claim against the Creditor?
2.Can The counter cliam by FI or bank be filed in Civil court under the provisions of RDDB Act?

Hi there is problem in the sur name in my husband passport and all certificates.one letter was miss spelt in the SSC cirtificate.same continued in all education documents. Same name considered in the passport also. In PAN card and adhar card correct sur names is written. In our marriage cirtificate also we have correct sur name.....my question is. 1.we Want to give the correct surname for our kids in the passport. 2.the same name(miss spelt) need to include as a father in our kids passport. The same should include in my passport also as husband name. 3. It is very difficult to change all documents with correct surname and my husband also is in US now. That is the reason I am asking 1 and 2 questions. Is it possible? If yes please let me know the process.it is very urgent for me now.

Tenant refusing to vacate
Dear Sir/Mam,
Good morning.
Recently I am facing a problem wherein my tenant is not vacating my house. He is staying in my house since 2-3 years. Now he is refusing to vacate. And we have not made any agreement for that. Kindly guide me of how to proceed in this case.
