Hello sir.i m serving in a central school.my school has sanctioned my one year child care leave but i haven't been paid salary for the same from past one year inspite of reminders. N what would be the lost if i resign now?

Pls advise me what are my rights and what would be the lost if i dont join now n resign since my baby is too small

You have every right to recover the due amount of your salary during the paid leave sanctioned by the school. Send the school a legal notice or file a case against the school authority if they fail to pay even after the notice.
