Sir, I have some complaint regarding staff (Cleaner) of Society. Staff stopped cleaning my floor. I complaint same to MC but they not bothered. I gave them grievance letter in March 2015 they ignored it. I gave one more reminder in June 2015 they ignored it. I stopped my payment (part of it) & wrote one more letter in Feb 2016 to them that in case MC is not attending my grievances I will not make payment to extent of staff salary (salary of staff divided among total flat) as i am not getting service of staff as Society collects maintenance on actual reimbursement basis. But even now they have not bothered to even attend my grievances & no one from MC have ever asked me what is my problem. What should I do? Can this point be added in Auditors Report as march end is near. They are showing outstanding on my name & are adding interest on part not paid amount. How to make them attend my grievances. Please suggest.

Hi, I am Abhishek Mishra, i want to apply my wife passport. My wife sirname is Sharma, she has all docs with Sharma, in martiage certificate her name is Chhaya Sharma and my name is Abhishek Mishra,
1.Is it necessary to change wife sir name in passport ?
2. How to add my name in spouse column of my wife fresh passport.?
3. I have only Aadhar card and pan card, is this docs are enough for paasport. ?

My father purchased a TATA Indica Cab during July 2015 and gave it to a travels for Monthly hire. The travel agent promised to give Rs 24000 per month as hire charges. But he didnt give the hire charges for past 3-4 months. The cheque given by the travel agent also got bounced due to insufficient funds. Hence we took the cab from travels and asked the travel agent to settle the hire charges immediately. Even after 10 days he is not ready to settle the hire charges which comes around 1Lakh. He is not responding to our calls. Kindly advise how to proceed further on this.

On 26/06/2009 I had a Barclays bank recovery person to whom I paid the amount of Rs. 7970/-. This was the final installment which he had asked us to pay for settling the card dues. Now after 6 years a new recovery agent is harassing me, my sister and her husband for the outstanding payment. The settlement letter was to be sent to me by Barclays bank which I've not received. I'm not going to pay a single rupee to these people. What should be my next action?

We the office bearers of our society's managing committee are fed up with our society's supervisor who has an upper hand of our builder who unfortunately also is a resident in our building. Whenever we try to take a decision that may go against builder's interest, he tells the builder about our decisions and the builder starts threatening us office bearers. Our society is a single tower comprising of 84 flats,got registered since 2012 but no conveyance. He has fought with almost 50% of the flat owners regarding parking issues, hoarding board money, etc. But even the poilce sits with him even after complaining about him a number of times.
We need to cut his hands by expelling his supervisor. Can you tell on what grounds can we expell him?

Dear Sirs,
In my case the elder brother wants the information from bank regarding the debit and credit of pension funds of her mother pension account who is no more since a year. It is suspected that the younger brothers who were in touch of mother transfered the pension funds or else utilised in support of branch manager of the branch. So to clarify the utilisation of funds the elder brother wants to file a RTI against branch as he is deprived of bank passbook or bank statements by branch and younger brothers.

Regarding revenue stamp
Sir i have borrowed a sum of amount 50000
from my relatives.
For a proof he asked me to write a matter on
a plain paper , that you have borrowed
rupees from me and you will repay me on so an so date.
And fix the one rupee stamp and signed on it by me.
What he said i have done it.
But due to my financial problem i am unable to pay the amt on time.
I need more time.
Now he is threatening me that if you wont give the money on time i will give the police complaint an file a case against you.
Sir plz... suggest me.
