Hi,
Please guide us to know as to what is the correct calclulation for non occupancy charge in the maintainance bill
we have give our flat on rent
by going thru the bye laws of cop operative society we get the information that society should not charge more than 10% of the maintainance charge
For example if the maintance is Rs.750/ then the non occupany should be Rs.75
but here our society is charging 10% of the gross rental which we are taking from the tenant for exaample if the rent is Rs.15000/- then the society is adding Rs.1500 as non occupany in our maintanance bill of Rs.750
Paying 1500 non occupany along with the maintainance is very high
When we spoke to the society the say this is rule of CHS acts
but all the neighbour society is charging 10% of maintainance as non occupancy instead of 10% of gross rental
Please guide and adivse

Hi,
I am planning to purchase a resale flat in Mumbai. The original owner died in 2015 and the flat was transferred to her heirs in sept 2015.
I am buying it from the heirs. However as per section 29 they cannot sell it for one year and hence my name will not be added to the share certificate till sept 2016. Is there any exception to this law since the original name change was by transmission and no sale was involved. I would really appreciate some clarity on this. Thanks

In that house We builded a home in first floor with my parents own money. My father has 2 elder brothers and one younger brother. My father brothers did't likes that we are in residing in that home. Because of caste of my mother. They talking vulgarly about caste of my mother also they telling if my mom residing in that home no one marry his sons and daughters and also they are not giving drinking water to my family coming from that home. We are taking drinking water outside of that house till now. Also they talking vulgarly about caste of my mother to the peoples residing near to our house. They also told to my father to kill ur wife and childrens then they make a marriage with another women. My father scolded his brothers and moved to our home and told about that matter to my mom. In 2013 my father younger brother made a forgery document to change that property to his name and got sign and thumb impression from my grand father without his knowledge. In 2014 my grandfather got expired. Then brothers of my father demanding our family to go out from that home. They told that house is his property. My father filed a suit valuation act against his brothers. Also they torturing our family by arranging rowdies and local peoples to send out from that home. My mom affects physically and mentally. We dont have safety to staying at that home. This all matters done only because of caste of my mother. We dont know where to complaint about this untouchability matter. Please give advice that where to give complaint. There is any commissions or organisations to deal this matter? Pls help me.

False sexual harassment case
I am working in a top private bank in a senior position. I am a male employee and am 35 years old. One of my junior lady employees has lodged a false complaint of sexual harassment case against me. Now the CICC has given the verdict giving me warning and asked me to provide a letter of apology to the complainant. I am surprised to see the verdict as the copy of the complaint is yet to be given to me by internal complaint committee. I have repeatedly requested for holding an inquiry into the incident at ground level and talk to witnesses present and provided by me. The internal complaint committee has not done any inquiry in the field level and not spoken to any witnesses provided by me. I am in a big dilemma. I am very much innocent and done nothing wrong. I want to appeal against the verdict given by CICC. I do not know where to appeal and who is the competent authority to do so. I understand that the CICC does have the power of civil court and I need to appeal within 90 days from the date of verdict.
My question:
1. Can I appeal against the verdict as justice is not done and no serious investigation has been carried out by CICC ?
2. Why CICC has not given any copy of the complaint to me?
3. If I can Appeal, then who is the competent authority ?
4. Since I am working in a private bank, can my petition be admitted to high court?
5. How much time it will take to get the justice?
I seek your expertise to deal with such gross injustice.
