One person took vehicle loan from bank and my friend stood Surity for that person who took loan was employee but he left job now my friend had died do his wife has to pay the loan amount

Sir I am banker by profession. A customer is denying the payement amount recieved by him. He has launched a fir against me stating that I had used his money. But he had withdrawal all amount in front of me and cashier. Police inspector has threatened me to solve the issue within 2 days or he will send me to the jail

The social and economic conditions of many people of open category is pathetic, and many times pathetic than those who belong to reserve category and gets 5% marks benefit. E.g. A belongs to open category earns 50k per annum and B belongs to reserve category earns 1.5lacs per annum, Here A has 44.99% marks and B has 40% marks, yet A is not eligible for admission to professional or law course and B is eligible and seeks admission.
What can be done to stop this discrimination

My query is that if a person how doing a private job in MNC Company can pursing LLB as per my knowledge regular course wants attendance. please solve my query.
It is come to my knowledge that some employee are doing LLB regular from several college/Institute affiliated from C.C.S.University and Bar council of India.
I want to challenge their degree.
Please provide me any notification regarding this.

Recently my family members has been troubled by my uncle son..He is verbally abusing every now and then ...past Saturday he has fight with my brother in law with no reason and filed an FIR under sec 324 and every now n then he abusing and threatening my family members. .so we have decided to file a nc against him. ..my concerns is local police station officers are refusing to file NC against him as he has good contacts with them...Please can you advise if police officer refuses to register NC what should be next step. .appreciate your help and guidance

With due respect I would like to inform you that I have taken admission in mba (Full Time Two Year ) at Delhi School Of Professional Studies And Research 9, Institutional Area,Sector -25 ,Rohini Phase –III, Delhi- 110 085 under affiliated by Guru Gobind Singh Indra Prastha University in 2007.
I had deposited two banker’s cheque/D.D. Number 000244 And 000245 Dated 18.06.2007 for Rs. 38000 + Rs. 20000 Total amount of Rs. 58000 in favour of registrar GGSIP University. During counseling I allotted an institute for MBA i.e. “Delhi School Of Professional Studies And Research†under affiliated by GGSIP University.
Session Started on 01.08.2007. I joined the institute on 01.08.2007. Institute teachers told me to submitted the original documents . I submitted my originals on 02.08.2007. after that I went to institute on 06.08.2007 to bring my original documents , because I wanted to withrew my admission . There was no specific reason behind my withdrawl. But teacher concern refuse to return my documents. I feel great tension regarding my certificates. Then my father met to Director and chairman but they refuse to return the fees and documents. After that I met registrar Mr. V.K. Jain and told him that chairman DSPSR refuse to return my documents and fees,registrar told to Dy. Registrar Mr. Verma to release my original documents. Dy. Registrar talk to DSPSR Officials then I got my original documents back, But admission Fee did not return to me.
I talk to Dy. Registrar , GGSIP University to return my fee but he refused and told me that last date of withdrawl of admission has been finished. what should I do now?
A few days back I got a reply from GGS IP UNIVERSITY they said that you are not elegible to get your fees back because you withdrew your addmission after due date. But no one has the right to forfeit the entire fee. How to get my fees back…???

My father is not mention the nominee name ni his bank account and also a fixed deposite in SBI. PLZ give me the way how can i get the money from bank.

Convent head mistress purchased the generator for school use, but due to the MFG difect she filed a consumer case, but the forum is saying school is not a consumer. In my opinion school is consumer. If any rulins please let me know

I have paid the bill for MSEDC energy bill for February through freecharge twice. The freecharge acknowledged the payments.
First payment was made through freecharge wallet and other through freecharge go Mastercard, both of which are debited from account. The MSEDC confirm the payment done by go Mastercard and there is no acknowledgement of payment by wallet.
I have written to freecharge customercare, but they are not replying satisfactorily. In written through email to customer care, I have given them time. I register complain on 25 February, yet there is no response from freecharge.
I therefore want to go to CONSUMER FORUM, Thane, stating deficiency in service.
I want to just ask mr. expert,can I can lodge complain in district consumer redressal forum(my location Thane) against ecommerce website freecharge having its headquarter in Mumbai, or I have to go to Mumbai consumer forum.
