I want to start autonomous institutions in Tamil Nadu. I plan to start vocational course and provide franchise in all over India like nursing, hotel management, computer, beautician, fashion designing, and other vocational category courses, so how to register and procedure under which government act, please guide me and give your suggestions i want to know how can i reg.

we made register marriage without consent and knowledge of our parents..we il take consent of parents.they opposed... for inter caste marriage...my mother in dead bed she asked me to marry...he also not willing to live with me...so we conclude to get divorce. in my side noone knows abt my register marriage...shall I hide this matter and go for marry some one..or otherwise ...wat to do sir guide me

Dear Experts,
My official name in all records is PKL but father's name mentioned in my Son's X Board certificate is PK. Surname is not there.
Now my question is who should give an Affidavit?
Should I declare that PKL and PK are one and same persons vide an affidavit? or
Should my son say in the affidavit that my father's surname is missing in the certificate and should be taken as PKL.
In either case is it necessary to get the announcement published in the newspapers?
The above is required for obtaining passport of my son. I do not have a passport.

Hello,
I want to marry a girl who has same gotra, she is a far relative of mine. As far as I know there is no link between the family. Will it effect me in future. And she is 2years elder to me. From families point of view they say we r cousins and can't marry. Am trying to convince both the families. So plz guide me what to be done.

I took a Reliance wi-fi datacard connection in Chennai in October, 2015. Within a few days, I found the service to be totally unsatisfactory and mailed to Reliance on 11-12-2015 that the service was unsatisfactory and I wanted to stop the service. Without caring for my intimation for stopping the service, they continued to raise the bill even today and asking me to clear the outstandings before taking action to stop service. This is ridiculous and I am just thinking of taking it up with the appropriate Consumer Redressal Forum. Kindly advise.

Dear Sir,
On the advise of two officers, I have sent blank cheques to my immediate officer for getting his signatures through my head office so that statutory/ routine payments can be cleared immediately with the signatures of other signatory.
It has been treated as "high degree of negligence in performance of duties and irresponsible behaviour".
Kindly advise how to reply this explanation?
