Dear Sirs,
I have joined ISRO as an Officer in Level 10 of Pay Matrix in CCS (RP) Rules 2016 in August 2018 with a basic pay of Rs. 56100 per month. Prior to joining ISRO I was working in a PSU with basic pay of Rs. 24940 (revised to Rs. 62960 after implementation of 3rd PRC for PSUs) and had submitted 'No Objection Certificate' after online application as instructed as per the advertisement. However I resigned from my previous organization on 31st October 2017 anticipating receipt of offer letter from ISRO and was not working anywhere till August 2018.
In this regard I would request you to kindly clarify whether my resignation shall be considered as a Technical Resignation and my pay shall be protected. Also, is there any specific format for submitting the representation for pay protection.
Kindly advice me on the above queries.

Understand from reliable sources that a member who has more than two children cannot contest the election and/or join Managing Committee in the Co-op. Housing Society Ltd., Maharashtra. Is there any exemption for this rule?

The registration renewLs missed for 15 years. Now they thinking to for registration as if new. What is legal consequence for any civil or criminal right?

I was facing a case in MACT COURT in Tiz Hazari & case was settled in 07/2015 & insurance paid the claim money to petitioner. After 3 years i have received a court notice from insurance company & they sue me in court for recovery even i already proved i was not driving the vehicle at time of accident & i was student at that time even vehicle owner admitted the same in court. Please assist me.

Dear Sir,
My name is Rahul from Chhattisgarh. One of my friend was working with a Noida based solar company, due to him I came to contact with the same company for solar equipment. They told me that it can be used in both ways either it can be used by me or it could be sold out to others also. All I need to take their e-shopay scheme, in which I have to pay Rs.51000. I transferred the money to their company's current account. But after all this, from that day to till date they never sent me any item nor sent any agreement. When I called them, email them, they are not even picking my call neither giving any replies.
Can I file a complaint in district consumer forum? I already filed a complaint in NCH (Nationa consumer Helpdesk)

Dear Sir,
Mr.X has received a letter from unknown person by ordinary post. The content of the letter was defamatory to group of persons,who belongs to same Religion. Mr. X has taken photo of the said letter and posted in Whats App Group of 5 persons, and then one of the 5 persons, has posted the said letter in other group and viral. Under which Law, the action can be taken against Mr. X and other person,who viral the letter.

I had lend 60,000 money to my friend without charging interest, but I had given him 30days time to pay me back my money without any interest. I have done a deal on a legal paper with a stamp, with my friends signature and as a guarantor his wife signature. Now he is asking me for a month or two, but I have serious issue and I need my money back for some reason. What should I do? I want my money soon. Please help me.

My friends want 30,000 INR from me as a loan, I am ready to help him. I will not charge any interest but at given time he needs to pay his debts otherwise can I take legal step ? Is all this matter , "from lending money without charging interest but he needs to pay on time", is legal? I don't have license for lending money.
What else do I need to do?
Do I need to make a contract from lawyer with a stamp. Please guide me.
