i am a central govt employee group A gazetted service and left with 04 yeras eight months for service.i requested for a home zone transfer from my employer due to my children education ground and resettlement.i am 50 years old and served the organisation for more than 30 years.my request was turned down and i was posted to a place which is 2400 km from the place i requested.
the transfer has come in between the academic session of my daughter who is in xii std.My request for cancellation of posting also turned down and i have t join in the new place at the end of ocober.
do i have the right to sue my employer as my right for a dignified resettlement is denied
right to education of my child is disturbed the crucial XII std
further there is no policy on our department before retirement and only a provision of request posting exists .However the superannuation policy exists for group B gazetted service and below

Facts:
Society Comprises of 6 Buildings [E to J] 1; 1 ½; 2; 2 ½ BHK Flats 436 Flats net of Refugee Flats
OC was received in January 2016
Definitely more than 8 flats were unsold in these Buildings as on May 2016 when RERA came into effect and plot area is approx. 3 acres
Location: Palacia CHS; Behind Hiranandani Estate Waghbil Thane
Phase II – comprising of 3 Buildings [A B and C] are under construction and registered under RERA
Promoter has formed society for phase I i.e. Wings E to J in May 2018 vide first constituted GBM held on 5th June 2018
Since the fully functional Club House has not been handed over to the society by the promoter in the said Meeting it was just decided to form a separate Club house committee
Conveyance of Land is pending which is obvious
Club House Committee [CHC] is co coordinating with Promoter for reduction of maintenance charges thru reduced power consumption AMC etc. [is just an arrangement and not a legal entity]
The Provisional Committee [PC] of the officially constituted society is of the opinion that since Club House has not been handed over they are not the officially entitled to liaise between the members and the promoter
The promoter has raised bills on individual Members on the basis of Super built area and not no. of Units [Bill comprises of Property tax also]
Maintenance is to be paid to the promoters Current A/c
Query
Can Phase I comprising of wings E to J be under RERA
Can the PC not be responsible to look after Club House
Can the promoter raise bills on Area or should he raise bills on a . related to Property tax on Area b. Other Expenses on the basis of No. of Units
Can the promoter raise a common Bill on the society and the Society in turn Bifurcates amongst the Members
Can the society ensure that the promoter also shares some of the club house expenses even though it is being used the residents of Phase I But it is his selling USP for Phase II

I purchased a flat with car parking area, before registration builder confirmed my parking slot through mail with plan mentioning my flat number. Same number was not mentioned in agreement.
Is mail confirmation is enough? Once builder allotted , if apartment association have any right to reject the same and go for lottery for allotment of parking area?

One of my lawyer by the name of Mita Banerjee who is also registered in lawrato.com has cheated me . She took Rs 31,000 from me from November 2017 till May 2018 to file two cases . She is yet to file any of the case and is now threatening to file a case against me in the Police Station . I have all the proof of all the commitments she had made to me to file cases on the particular dates in the designated courts and later given me false excuses of not filing the cases . Please help me .

Sir, I have been cheated by the builder when I purchased a flat in Dharwad of Karnataka. Against builder, I have approched consumer court in the month of July,2017. Since last 2 months and 20 days, opponent is remaining absent for arguments. How long it can Happen? If he continues like this then what does court do?.

We formed Public Charitable Trust for educational purpose, we have 12A certificate from ITD, we made some amendments in Trust objects and we registered it in register office, it is necessary to send the copy to ITD? If yes, where and to whom it should be send?

Change of religion from muslim to hindu
I am living in Hyderabad,Telangana state.My parents got inter religious marriage,my father was a muslim,and my mother is a hindu.Though my father belonged to muslim community he supported to hindu religion apart from muslim religion.he visited to hindu temples,he performed poojas etc..apart from doing namaz.he named me as a hindu god’s name ofcourse my surname is muslim.so as per certificates my religion is muslim as of my father’s religion but from childhood onwards I follow hindu religion I wear rudraksh, I keep tilak on my forehead,I visit to hindu temples I perform poojas etc..even I never eat beef too.one more thing I never get any benefits being a muslim as per certificates.so now my problem is I want to marry a hindu girl,girls’ parents feel that I am a still a muslim legally so if I convert my religion into hindu legally then they have no objection for marriage.Then some one informed me that arya samaj do this conversion process ,so I went there but they asked me to pay some amount of money for conversion process which I cannot bear it because I am a financially backward person.so I have some following doubts please clarify it…
1).is it compulsory arya samaj or other hindu organization certificate to convert into hindu? does it must need?
2).what is the total amount of money required to convert into hindu legally and completely?how much days of time it takes?
3).is it compulsory to change my name for conversion into hindu(because already my name is hindu god’s name(in arya samaj they informed me that I have to change my name in conversion process))?
4).is there any simple and easy procedure to convert into hindu legally?
5).if I changed my name after conversion what will be my name in my academic certificates?
Kindly clarify these doubts clearly as soon as possible.
