I put up service in TN State government company SCHOOL with EPF-EPS for19 years from 3.6.1987 to 6.10.2007 saturday and joined TN GOVERNMENT SCHOOL on 8.10.2007 monday and got retirement ona31.7.2017. I I got gratuity from company school. I served 9years ,9months 23days in government school. Company school provided EPF-EPS but government school provided CPS. Can I get gratuity again in government school based on combining both services? Pl.help me sir/Madam

Hi I took personal loan from Fullerton India more than half amount I have paid but due to some financial reasons 6 EMI s I could not pay but not in contenous 1 I missed than next I paid like this total 6 EMI s are due but still I am paying. But today recovery agent called in my office and missbehaved than she called me and harassed and threatened me used bad language. What should I do plz suggest.

I am leaving as tenant from Last 9 yrs in same complex, now I required Society letter for passport police verification but Secretory denied with statement that they are not going to provide letter for tenant its aganist their society policy, Is there any such type of rule ? Please guide me how to deal with it.

Hello Sir/Madam,
We have long purchased a house whose survey number falls under waqf board category. But I have a Gazette copy from AP board saying that my survey number doesn't fall under waqf board.
In Govt. stamps land details, it clearly says that some extent of 466 falls under waqf board, but the government is not allowing my file for LRS.
Can someone guide me how should I get the NOC from the waqf board with the reference documents I have?

I had joined Hdfc bank 17/09/2012 and my last working day is 14/07/2017. I had write to HDFC Bank Helpdesk for my gratuity benefits . But HDFC Bank Helpdesk denied as I was not completed five years in this bank.
