The new management 7 people got elected in Aug 2018 but president,secretary/trasurer 2 EC members had to resign as a ex-president threatened with court and police false cases.. now only the Vice president and an EC member are left with. Now they just manage to appoint a member of their choice with managing 20 persons signature out of 177 members The has also added him as authorised signatory.. The question are. 1. Is the bank right in allowing the treasurer to operate the account. 2. Is not EGM must for electing new office bearers? 3.any other legal remedy available?

I purchased a property in 2009, . Recently got the fact that khata no. is wrong, plot no is same but khata no. mismatched from the khatiyan. The problem is that the property has been sold and purchased many times with the wrong khata no. many times. Now this property is being taken by govt. (NHAI) for construction of road. They are denying for any compensation due to wrong khata no. What should I do. What are the options for me to claim compensation and rectification. Plz answer my qwery.

My Query is-
I sought information from nationalized bank under RTI act between time period 2017 to 2018. Regional office of Bank deliberately providing misleading/incomplete information. but same information is provided by headquarter accurately but contrary to regional office.(sufficient material to prove it)
.please suggest me that whether I can claim damages/mental tortures/time/energy (about one crore rupee) etc. from district/state/national forum against this harassment/exploitation.

Ours is apartment owners association registered in Madurai Tamilnadu but now it is not renewed for 15 years. Dear Team
We have been requesting for a Rural Road Development/Formation (from MUD Road to Thar Road) in our village to concern (BDO, Collector & Rural Development Director) authorities almost more than 15 years. Every time we are getting standard answer as “This will be taken up in next financial year once the fund is allotted”. But there is action taken so far for developing the road.
This MUD road is used by the public more than hundred years as a pathway to connect main road and hamlets.
Existing Road Details:- (Village - Thathathiripuram, District - Namakkal, State - Tamilnadu)
Length of the Road is 2.1 KM (1.1 KM is Poramboke land and 1.0 KM is of Patta Land – but marked as “Nilaviyal Pathai)
Type of Road – MUD
We understand that (offline feedback from the authorities), reason for not taking up the road is due to the below reasons:-
1. Around 1 KM length is in Patta land in the entire stretch of the 2.1 KM Road length
2. There is no uniform width for entire length of the road (Min width is 13 Feet and Max width is 24 Feet)
3. Contractor may not be ready to take tender thinking that few land owners may object.
It may be noted that, entire road area/length are separately having sub-divisioned survey numbers from the adjacent land survey numbers and marked as “Nilaviyal Pathai” (Cart Track) in A-Register of Revenue Records as well as Government Land.
But still some sub-divisioned survey numbers are mapped to the adjacent land owner’s Patta entry (But marked as Nilaviyal Pathai (Cart Track) in A-Register of Revenue Records), some sub-divisioned survey number are mapped as Poramboke (Government land).
Please clarify, if any sub-division survey numbers meant for road marking having Patta entry but marked as “Nilaviyal Pathai (Cart Track) in A-Register of Revenue Record is a Government Land or Private Land.
If "Nilaviyal Pathai" is a Government Land then how to proceed to correct the revenue records as "Pramboke-Government Land" and whom to be approached, it may be a genuine reason due to which authorities are resistant to take up the road development/formation from MUD Road to Thar Road.
Please suggest and advice your views.

Hi, I have an doubt that an advocate who is on retainership of his client and advocate for his court cases become arbitrator in one case.
If not allowed and he become arbitrator and pass an award what will be it consequences.
Is there any concern on his practicing degree?

Hi,
we have been putting the money in local chit fund company from past 12 years and a lady was running this business, she was introduced to us by one of our neighbours.There was a new chit started in the year Jan 2016 for the amount of 1 lac and completed in the year Aug 2017.but we havent received the amount till now.its been one and half year since im making rounds to them for my hard earned money. In between they have changed their house and not lifting my calls. the only means is their shop located nearby, whenever i go to their shop and ask for money they threaten us by saying they will complain agaist us as we are creating nuisance in front of shop and takes video. she outrightly saying that she will not give the money.The only proof i have is a small note book of monthly installements with their sign and a few audio recordings of our conversation.
please could someone suggest what can i do in this regard?
