an affidavit which is attested by a notary advocate and sworned by the deponent on 10/01/2007 now can it be produced it is an affidavit required to be produced for recruitments of jawans whether notary affidavit is valid for a specific period plz help me

IN A MULTI STORIED BUILDING OF A COOPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY OR APARTMENT OWNERSHIP SOCIETY WHEN A LEAKAGE IS OBSERVED IN THE TOILETS BY THE FLAT OWNER WHO IS JUST DOWN BELOW THE ABOVE, WHO WILL BEAR THE COST OF REPAIRING ? SHOULD IT BE SHARED EQUALLY BY BOTH THE OWNER OF THE DOWN FLOOR FLAT AND UPPER FLOOR FLAT OR THE UPPER FLOOR FLAT OWNER ONLY.
LOGICALLY, I FEEL THAT THE OWNER OF THE DOWN FLOOR FLAT WHO HAS BEEN SUFFERING FOR NO FAULT OF HIS OWN SHOULD NOT SHARE THE REPAIRING COST.IT SHOULD BE DONE AND BORNE BY THE UPPER FLOOR FLAT OWNER AS HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS FLAT.
SHALL BE GRATEFUL IF ANYONE GIVES ME TRUE, LEGAL AND LOGICAL CLARIFICATIONS ONN THIS ISSUE.

R/Sir,
I was panel advocate in a Development Authority. Few days back new VC without giving any notice/show cause changed the panel.
Before d panneled I have received only HALF professional fee in 85 cases however entire cases was going to be matured for afgument and judgement,
Can I press development authority for FULL Fee.
Kindly suggest with any S.C. citation

Sirs,
Good Morning.
Chattisarh Govt. Education Department gave us a letter if we can build a small school building for children. They have given us letter of authority by which they have specified the site where it is to be built. We have built a small building at a cost of Rs. 8.50 lakhs and wish to hand over the same to State Govt. We have done it under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS).
Kindly advice how to transfer this property. Which type of deed (Gift) is to be executed and is it to be registered, whether stamp duty is required if so how much .
