Dear sir my query is that an ex parte arbitral award was passed against me though the award was not delievered to me and i have no knowledge regarding same ,be that and also i do not have any objection against the said award i had to pay rs 120000 to the
Finance company decree holder but the decree holder has taken advantage of the said order and is demanding me 300000 stating that i have the award against you and has taken possession of my asset worth 20 lakhs and sold it at meagre price of 3 lakh what can i do now i filed my case in consumer forum and stated that i have no objection with the arbitral award and i am ready to comply for the same but the decree holder is taking advantage of the said order but the district forum dismissed the complaint stating arbitral award has been passed so district forum has no jurisdiction but my matter is not identical to the order passed by arbitrator and also has no objection with the arbitral award passed but the nature of advantage taken of the arbitral award by the decree holder so what should i do pls help

I had submitted my application for transferring my bar membership from Delhi to Manipur at BCI on 23 February 2019. I am still waiting for reply from BCI, I had call up several time for the status with a reply it will take another 7 (seven) days more to process. It has already been four month. What is the maximum days for the process to complete please guide me with this.

The documents related to ownership of property are in Kannada and Devnagri scripts which are not known to the surviiving legal heirs of the said property. Would you please suggest any person or institution in Mumbai for translation of the contents of the said documents to English to enable the said legal heirs to peruse the said documents and apply for transfer of property in their favour.

I am residing in Kalyan, Dist-Thane at Sinhagad CHSL., it is the issue date back to 2009, when our housing society is under re-plastering & repairing work done by a contractor. At this time I feel some wrong doing carried on by the society committee & contractor. So I asked the committee in writting to show me the records of the work agreement, payment details & bank statement. Our housing society committee was not ready to do the same & for this reason I hold the payment of repairing & re-plastering instalments since Aug-2009. From that date committee charge me the interest on the dues i.e. compound interest till date. Since 2015 I requested to settle the issue to the committee but I believe they are not interesting in this matter. But each & every months maintenance bill proving that interest is charged on the interest with due payment.
Now my request with you is please guide me how I can handle this matter & is it right our society has not shown the records and just charging the interest on the dues.

I need to know that,how i can change my date of birth in my birth certificate.The main reason for changing is that,i have a serious relationship.But she is 21.I am 20yrs old.So there is a slight difficult in both families to agree for marriage.So,i am thinking to change my DOB to her same age or 22.So can you please help the rule and regulations.

Couldn�t mention my previous employment in attestation form
I resigned from my previous employment and deposited complete bond amount and i was relieved by proper channel. I have That Relieving Letter and no dues certificate.
I could not mention about that previous employment in my current central government job attestation form. As i told you that I Relieving letter and there is no cases or misconduct against me. Can current employer terminate me from job.
