How to file rti - hdfc & axis banks for courier related

Sir,
Please guide me to how can I file a RTI application to get the information of Courier services in regard to my credit card which was not deliver to me and returned by courier service with false remarks, several times.

The RTI Act is not applicable on Private Companies. However, it is specifically mentioned in the Act that the information of private companies can be sought from its regulator.
Regulators are generally under government control.

Instead of spending time Just serve a Legal Notice with the help of a local Good Advocate and it would serve your purpose
