greetings of the day!!
it is stated that one person who is NRI from the year of 1986 from India but citizen of India.
Now the time a dispute has been occurred between him and Indian bank there his fixed deposits were lying. Now he wants to file a court case / in consumer court in Haryana.
but he is unable to come India for this so how it is possible to file court case in consumer court , please suggest me .

I and my wife both are working in LICI in clerkial cadre posted at two different places. Since last three years i am applying for transfer to my wife place but my transfer application is not accepted.Both of us are in same cadre but my wife is senior as per her service,i am junior than her by 15 months in length of service.What are the options that i can be transferred to my spouse place.Currently my wife is 6 months pregnant and still neither i am being transferred to her place nor been given deputation.I have a another child who is 5 years of age and he stays in day boarding during office hours but its risk been taken as there are chances of child abuse.

I want to know that Bank can debit freeze account if we use abusive language against bank manager .my bank account was frozen only for debit purpose . without any kind of notice....I just want to know guidelines of RBI FOR debit freeze account...

Hello Sir/Madam,
I do have very huge debts where i am unable to make the repayments i dont have any property to settle (All the loans are personal loans and credit cards). Most of them are short term loans.
I have 25 lakhs of loans when i sum up the principal of unsecured personal loans and credit cards.
I dont have any other options to repay because the amount which i am getting as salary is not sufficient to repay those EMI's. Kindly suggest me the best .
I would be more thankful if i get a response.

I have enrolled in MA before getting govt. job. After completion 1st year I joined my job in delhi as a teacher (TGT). after job i got NOC from my HOS for completing my degree. And during the second year I did not attend the class in university . Only gave examination. Now I want to add my degree in my service for pramotion. But my HOS saying it will be create problem for me. Can I add my degree or not? Pls reply and circular regarding this, pls provide

Dear Sir,
We have bought 1 FCL plastic raw material reprocessed material through Dubai trading and manufacturing company. Sales office of the company is based in Dubai and manufacturing is in Saudi.
Loading was done from Saudi in Jan and arrived in Feb at Nhava Sheva port of India. After loading was done seller-provided us pictures of material and sealed the container and provided us seal number photo as well.
When material reached Nhava Sheva and was taken to Telangana by road and when we tested the material it was not as per specs, lower grade material and doesn’t meet with specs.
When we check all documents we have found a discrepancy in documents like the seal was changed 2 times before reaching loading port as per BL records.
The discrepancy in test result as well, during the, have to use specified weight, the seller has used differently to achieve desired results.
We have appointed an inspection agency and got tested in different labs within India. All material failed. We tried to negotiate with the seller for compensation, but he doesn’t want to listen to us.
Please guide, where we can approach like DGFT, Indian Embassy, Indian chamber of commerce or any other file complaint or to blacklist the company.

Refund of unsuccessful transaction
Sir I had made a transaction of Rs 9000/- from my sbi credit card which got failed but amount deducted. I had conveyed the same to sbicard.com and their representative told me to approach merchandise regarding this. Merchandise stated that no such fund received and when i again tried to contact sbicard.com they told me one month of transaction already lapsed. Now we can't do anything. Guide me whom to approach for this
