Hi, im in need of real help.i am a christian and have married my first cousin that is my fathers brothers daughter throught the special marriage act.,and now i am being forced to cancell the marriage becuse they say its illegal and void.and been told i can go to jail,im in a fix with my wife not with me and the cops are of no help.what is the actual fact
please reply as soon as possible.

In one industrial matter before the Industrial court the same advocate is representing complainant as well as one of the opponent. is it morally/legally correct?
Does it amount to professional misconduct?

An advocate office runs in a residential flate. Whether Madhya Pradeesh electricity supply company will charge bill of that office under DOMESTIC or COMMERCIAL head?

Wife under CrPC-125 and got maintenance for her hiding the fact she was working and now i came to know that she is working in private matriculation school.
In the list of teachers and staff her name is not mentioned in RTI reply from the school.
To avoid EPF the school record show only 19(since 20 & more staff- EPF is must as per EPF rules) employees working.But she is working in the school without showing her name in the list of employees.
How to get this proof to submit to the court?

I would like to know as to if an indian national is entitled to open an account in a foreigh country? If yes, does it attract any RBI approvals prior to opening such account and what are they? availability of forms towards the same etc.

I would like to know is there any remedy available @ bar council for a retainer lawyer being harassed at the work place. apart from resolving the issue thru management can he complain to bar council about the person of that company or the company as a whole. awaitng your reply. please address.

Section 139 of Negotiable Instruments Act
I request my legal fraternities to inform the latest legal position with the appropriate citation for the following my query.
1.While the notice as required under section 138(b)sent to the drawer of the cheque is returned with the postal endorsement that the "addressee left" whether it would be a construed service of notice?
2.While the drawer is not at all in knowledge that one of the cheques issued by him is returned and he has no knowledge of the notice U/s 138 (b) whether he would be deemed that he has committed the offense U/s 138 of N.I. Act?
