My friend has set up a poultry form.He obtained loan from the Bank.Bank deducted premium for insurance of the poultry stock etc.Due to heave rains/cloud burst all fowls died and were washed away.When frnd claimed ins claim he was told that Bank had not paid 'premium'.Frnd was advised to file Consumer complaint.
Plz advise & suggest some jjmnts for citing b4 the DF to get the ins claim.
Who is guilty Bank,my friend or Ins Co ?

News Broadcasting standards authority is functioning to monitor the standards of the news and news channels. Certain channels are members of said NBSA.
Whether it is established as per the norms of Ministry of Information & Broadcasting or not?
If it so Right To Information act 2005 will apply to this authority ?
Who is the appellate authority over the decision of NBSA and how it can be challenged?
Can a Petitioner of NBSA sought information under RTI from the NBSA. If the said NBSA rejects what is the next step

There is mosque which is occupied by illegally occupant.Both the cases decreed in theirt in its favour in the year 1968 in civil court and in the year 1969 District Court.But application for execution of decree not filed by Punjab Wakf Board.Masjid was demolished in the year 2004. Now punjab wakf board issued No objection certificate to local muslim to re-construct the mosque. Now the illegal occupant is intefering in the re-construction work& construction work is stopped. Will you pls guide me what we shall do now

My Client is living in a rented house in Taluka Leval village. The owner of the house disconnected the electricity which was on his name, because of my client is not leaving the house.....and he lodged case against my client and the decision of court came into favour of my client. So the owner can't take possession of the house where my client lives. But my client has no electricity in house. The PGVCL(pashchim gujarat vij company ltd.) says bring order of court for The elctricity connection. So my question is under which provision of which act my client has to lodge the application for new electricity connection?

If a person running a hotel business last 5 yrs after the death of licence holder, it is possible to run a hotel, licence holder is dead no one can take action for this in maharastra. if complaint is given to BMC AND Police Department wht is the procedure to close it to whom we have to contact.
