My Client is living in a rented house in Taluka Leval village. The owner of the house disconnected the electricity which was on his name, because of my client is not leaving the house.....and he lodged case against my client and the decision of court came into favour of my client. So the owner can't take possession of the house where my client lives. But my client has no electricity in house. The PGVCL(pashchim gujarat vij company ltd.) says bring order of court for The elctricity connection. So my question is under which provision of which act my client has to lodge the application for new electricity connection?

Your client should have also sought for relief for restoration of connection in the same very proceedings,it seems he missed there.
Any way let an application be moved by your client for connection before the co.on assertion of right that he is tenant and authorised occupant and is entitled to connection along with a certified copy of judgement passed in his favor and let the company pass an order in writing what is being said by them verbally, where after a suit of mandatory injunction or a writ may be proper remedy against the electricity company.
