Temple marriage - need help please

Hello,
Could you please provide me suggestion. Me and my lover decided to marry in a temple.Not sure if we can get marriage certificate there.Is there any way that we can get married in temple and then get the marriage registered? If yes, what is the procedure and how long it takes to get the marriage certificate ? We are in a family problem and have taken this decision as this is the only option we have and not to hurt our parents. Thanks a lot in advance

JUSTICE DENIED -CANCELLATION OF COMMUNITY CERTIFICATE BY STATE LEVEL SCRUTINY COMMITTEE -REGARDING:

I BELONG TO "KURUMANS"-SCHEDULED TRIBE COMMUNITY. THE TAMILNADU STATE LEVEL SCRUTINY COMMITTEE CANCELLED MY COMMUNITY CERTIFICATE STATING THAT I BELONG TO "KURUMAN"-A MOST BACKWARD CLASS(M B C).

BUT THERE IS NO SUCH COMMUNITY IN THE LIST OF MOST BACKWARD CLASSES SPECIFIED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF TAMILNADU.

'KURUMAN"-IS SINGULAR FORM OF THE CASTE "KURUMANS"-SCHEDULED TRIBE.

THE BOOK "PEOPLE OF INDIA" PUBLISIED BY THE ANTHROPOLOGICAL SURVEY OF INDIA IN THE YEAR 1997 STATES THAT "KURUMAN"-A SCHEDULED TRIBE. BOTH IN THE NATIONAL SERIES VOLUME 3 -THE "SCHEDULED TRIBES" -PAGE NO:662-664
AND IN THE STATE SERIES "TAMIL NADU" VOLUME XL -PART TWO-PAGE NO:812-815 CLEARLY TELLS THAT "KURUMAN"-SCHEDULED TRIBE.
AND THE CENSUS OF INDIA 1961 SHOWS "KURUMAN"- S.T.

MOREOVER THE ANTHROPOLOGIST WHO WAS THE MEMBER OF THAT COMMITTEE DOESNT HAD INTIMATE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MY COMMUNITY BECAUSE HE RESEARCHED MY COMMUNITY ONLY DURING JULY 30-31,2008. BUT MY ENQUIRY HELD DURING 2005-2006.I GOT THIS INFORMATION THROUGH RTI ACT.

THE HIGH COURT OF MADRAS REJECTTED MY APPEAL STATED THAT I BELONG TO "KURUMBANS" A MOST BACKWARD CLASS SPECIFIED IN THE MOST BACKWARD CLASSES LIST BY GOVERTMENT OF TAMIL NADU.
BUT NO SUCH COMMUNITY IN THE LIST OF M.B.C OF TAMIL NADU.
AGGREVIED BY THIS ORDER NOW I APPEALED IN HONBLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA.AND THE COURT DISMISSED MY APPEAL STATING THAT THE STATE LEVEL SCURITY COMMITTEE CAME TO CONCLUSION THAT YOU BELONG TO "KURUMBANS" A MOST BACKWARD CLASS SPECIFIED IN THE MOST BACKWARD CLASSES LIST BY GOVERTMENT OF TAMIL NADU.
THE SUPREME COURT STATED THE CONCLUSION OF STATE COMMITTEE BY "KURUMBANS" INSTEAD OF "KURUMAN".
BUT BOTH THE COMMUNITIES ARE NOT IN THE MOST BACKWARDED LIST OF TAMILNADU.
NOW I REVIWED THE ORDER WHICH IS STILL PENDING.
KINDLY HELP ME FROM THE GREAT INJUSTICE . AND MY GRANDFATHER WAS AN FREEDOM FIGHTER AND STILL WE STRUGGLING FOR JUSTICE.

Stamp duty applicability

Hi,
Please tell me whether a development agreement needs to be stamped ????
This agreement is not registered under the Registration Act. If not duly stamped would it not be admitted in the court as an evidence ??????

Ncdex transaction

HI Members,

we are Public Limited Company with few independent Directors.

we have traded in x Commodity in ncdex and also one of our independent Director has traded in same commodity x.

now, we have got a intimation from exchange to cut the position as there is common interest.

However, Independent Director has no financial relation to our Company.

Can any one provide me with some circular or clarification regarding this.

2. Can I receive funds from abroad?
