I have a passport where my date of birth is wrongly enterd. I have to make a correction in this passport.

my friends high court of Mumbai was ordered us to send the brief to respondent kindly send me the format of covering letter for sending brief the date is on 4th may 2009 what should i mentioned in the covering letter

IF THERE IS DIFFERENT SURNAME IN THE LEAVING CERTIFICATE AND ELECTION CARD AND IF ANY BODY WANT TO GET PASS PORT THEN FOR THE IMPROVING THE SURNAME IN THE ELECTION CARD WHAT HE SHOULD DO OR FOR THE REMOVING THE LACKUNA IN THE SURNAME CAN AFFIDAVITIS REMEDY TO DISCLOSE THE REAL SURNAME

My house has badly damaged due to water drainage maintained by water supply department Haryana,now i want to file a consumer complaint for damages but problem is this ,i am not consumer of water supply department,how & under which provision i can file complaint.Is it mandatory to serve a 2 month prior legal notice to Govt..Thanks

1. What is the zero no. comolain? 2. what is the I part and II part of crime reg. no.? 3. what is th 'clossing pursis'? Is there any provision for that?

My company wants to form a benefit fund for its employee's with the object to help them financially,in which there will be monthly contribution from all the employee's. Should I form a society or trust? where should I register it? how much time does it take for registration in Maharastra.

hindu religion is most acridly attacked particularly for the practice of sutee-custom once upon a time.today, no sane person would support that once prevalent obnoxious custom but the question remains sud the entire hindu philosophy be held responsible for that practice? if so, then sud not christianity be discarded? the victims of sutee practice did not compose nor explain the Vedas but it was Christ himself who propounded the New Testament with Old Testament as its corner stone yet like a victim of sutee christ was killed in the name of religion!
