nice observation Sir Ji,

fewer times, i ve also seen wrong English is being used by few of our worth friends.

its not just confined to Grammar but on Vocabulary side as well.

my skills with respect to English language are no good, but i try my level best to be as correct as possible.

Perhaps, the reason is that the courts have started functioning in regional/local language. As such people do not deem it necessary to improve English.

Observation is absolutely true. " discretion ", such a basic word is spelled as " discrimination " or like, just used by an expert in a very recent query relating to transfer of DVC case.

Observation by Mr. Palnitkar is very true. Also, the factor of weak law course gives fuel to fire. Recent times seems to produce law graduates of very poor standard, at least so far as subject of not only legal language but general language is concerned.

In fact, standard of language in the queries raised by non-experts is far better and higher than the answers given by the so called experts (hailed as so by our web site). I even suggest to our respected administrator to see that the standard of language also be seen alongwith the proficiency in law while awarding expert tag to anyone as well as monitoring may be done in this regard, if not regularly, than periodically or at least randomly.

I hope members do agree.
