my neighbour is having poultry feed unit. as a result of that we are facing problem of smell from last 20 years. He got permission from MPCB under Water Pollution Act(simlified concent)in 1993. can it be nullified on the ground that we are facing problem of air pollution and there is no water pollution at all....

Dear Sir,
Recently i cleared QLTT and going to be registered as a solicitor in England and Wales after fulfilling the very tedious procedure. I was assured by the mediator for placement in big LPO after clearing QLTTb but now he left this industry and moved abroad. Now i want to know whether i am having good future in a corporate sector or not ? as well as is there any special place or immunity available to solicitor in Supreme Court of India or not ? Thanks

have one Query for issue of bonds.
Our co is issuing a Bond to single allottee. Total value of Bond is Rs. 24 crs. The Bond is Optionally Convertible Redeemable Bond. Bond is issued in Mumbai.
Please tell my the rate of Stamp duty applicable on the the Bond Certificate?
